Sewing production is equipped with sewing machines Union Special (USA, Germany) in 50% and Orsan (Turkey) in 50%.
Debant Ukraine realizes the full technological cycle of polymer industrial packaging production. There is extrusion of polypropylene granules into polymeric yarn, a weaving of circular fabric and flat fabric of the necessary width and density on circular looms, automatic cutting of semi finished products on modern cutting equipment, 7-color flexographic two-sided printing, sewing of semi-finished products and finished products with their following pressing and packing.
